  • How to emotionally stabilize and reconnect with your inner strength

  • How to build your own clarity around what you want next

  • Gentle referrals if you’re ready for legal, therapeutic, or advocacy support

You'll leave with a sense of validation, direction, and supportive next steps — wherever you are in your journey.

  • One-on-One Guidance Call (1 hour via Zoom or phone)

  • Flat Fee: $125 (no hidden costs, no upselling)

  • Personalized follow-up email with session notes + resources

  • Optional referrals to legal or mental health professionals in your state

  • Options for on-going guidance and support - on an as-needed basis, no pressure!

Not at all. Many clients often come to me years after leaving a toxic workplace. There’s no expiration date on your healing.

Is this therapy or legal advice?
No. I’m not a licensed therapist or attorney. I offer peer-based, trauma-informed guidance grounded in lived experience, research, and real-world knowledge of legal and emotional processes. I can refer you to professionals if needed.
